The service comprises of a SCSI server, capable of RAID 1+5 (128MB cache). A 36GB Ultra 320 SCSI disk, though this can be upgraded. By default the system has a single Intel Xeon 2.4 GHz CPU. This can be upgraded to dual Xeon 3.0 GHz CPU. A single hot plug PSU module is installed in one of two PSU bays. The server default has 512 MB of DDR SDRAM though the maximum is 8 GB. RAM upgrades will always benefit performance.

Setup Costs Our Domino Administrators will configure the Domino server to your specific requirements and allocate you a fixed IP address.

The SLA & Support are defined in the service contract based on your specific requirements.
