IDS Remote Server Management can help you make your in-house Domino Server(s) operate more efficiently. You can benefit from our many years of experience working with Lotus Domino when you sign up.
Our Certified Lotus Administrators will perform all the daily tasks including pro-actively checking for issues to rectify before you and your users are effected.
Access to your Lotus Domino server is obtained through a secure virtual private network (VPN) over the Internet or a dedicated circuit.
There are several options available:
Out of Hours only
During the agreed hours, monitoring at regular periods is performed. If any incidents occurs, IDS will restore the service and issue a report to your in-house administrators.
Pay as You Go
For a small monthly fee, you gain access to our CLP and PCLP administrators at a competitive hourly rate.
Monthly Prepay
Similar to Pay as You Go, though the hourly rate is reduced because you pay for a minimum of 15 hours a week.

Monitoring your servers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Performing all daily and evening administrative duties. You will have a direct number to our Remote Management team.
Service Level Agreements are individual as your business. To compile an achievable SLA with guarantees, IDS help you detail your requirements and review the Lotus Domino server hardware.
